Andréhn-Schiptjenko opens project space in Paris

Andréhn-Schiptjenko announced the opening of a project space in Paris. This marks the first international expansion of Andréhn-Schiptjenko outside of Sweden and the space will serve to expand the gallery’s international scope and to accommodate collaborations and multidisciplinary projects. The Project Space will be located at 10, rue Sainte-Anastase in the Marais district. Paris has an exceptional historical importance for the arts, and its relevance as a hub for the international contemporary art community is continuously evolving and growing. The inaugural exhibition will be Origin of the World by British artist Linder, opening on May 24. Linder is well known to the French audience by virtue of her solo-exhibition Linder: Femme/Objet at the Musée d’Art Moderne de la ville de Paris in 2013.
