  • Coordinate the development of grower research authorization documentation packages
  • Work with Agronomic Sales Representatives (ASR) to identify grower co-operators
  • Work with selected growers to ensure large scale demos or research authorizations are executed according to protocol and meet all regulatory requirements
  • Manage compliance requirements at each site location in collaboration with Technical Lead
  • Lead the collection of data, yields and grain samples as according to protocols
  • Lead the compilation and summarization of data across projects & share insights with key stakeholders
  • Assist with tours of field sites
  • Support the development of project updates for key stakeholders
  • Represent Syngenta in a professional and responsible manner by developing and maintaining contact with grower cooperators, Agronomic Services Manager (ASM) and Agronomic Sales Representatives (ASR) and Technical Lead
  • Skills:

    . Education & Experience:

  • Ideal candidates are working toward a Bachelors Degree in Agriculture, Science or Business, however all academic disciplines are welcome to apply
  • Farm background or previous relevant summer experience is preferred
  • Additional Knowledge, Skills, Traits & Abilities:

  • Must have a G class license
  • Must be bilingual English and French
  • Comfortable wearing a respirator
  • Comfortable working mainly outdoors
  • Ability to repetitively lift a max of 20lbs at one time
  • Ability to work in sustained awkward postures
